Megan Fox’s NC-17 Mother Teresa Movie Trailer

Posted on 07 August 2008 by xXxTerra

Not to ruin it for you before you watch it, but this is a fake trailer. ‘Teresa: The Making of a Saint‘ is actually a movie-within-a-movie and a part of the online marketing for ‘How to Lose Friends and Alienate People,’ which is set to release in October. The comedy stars Jeff Bridges, Gillian Anderson (X-Files) and Megan Fox.

The new meta-movie trailer stars Megan Fox in an NC-17 Mother Teresa biopic, but of course, Fox isn’t Fox; instead, she’s the actress in the movie inside the movie, Sophie Maes. Confused? I’m sure.

Here’s the plot synopsis:

Teresa: The Making of a Saint follows the incredible story of Agnes, a beautiful young Macedonian woman growing up in a world torn apart by war. After receiving a message from God, Agnes travels to a remote nunnery to learn the ways of the Lord but, once there, her passions are aroused by a handsome young priest. These new feelings challenge her faith and threaten to destroy everything that she holds dear. The internal struggle leads Agnes to face the most difficult decision of her life. Will she give in to the urges consuming her or will she forsake all others to serve her God? The decision she makes would change the world forever.”

Baby Mama starring Tina Fey and Amy Poehler

Posted on 09 April 2008 by Travis Snyder

BabyBaby Mama, a comedy due to hit theaters April 25, brings two of SNL’s wildiest talents, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler to the big screen. The women teamed up with writer/director Michael McCullers and producers Lorne Michaels and John Goldwyn to tell the story about Kate Holbrook (Tina Fey) , a successful, single business woman who has dreams of becoming a mother but sadly finds out that she is infertile and hires Angie Ostowiski(Amy Poehler), a working class woman to be her unlikely surrogate.Simple enough…Kate learns from the steely head (Sigourney Weaver) of their surrogacy center that Angie is pregnant. Kate immediately goes into prenatal nesting mode: reading childcare books, baby-proofing the apartment and researching top pre-schools. But everything turns upside down for Kate and her preparation time when her Baby Mama shows up at her front door needing a place to stay.In a comic battle of wills, Kate struggles to turn Angie into what she feels is the perfect expectant mother. In the middle of this tug-of-war, they’ll discover two kinds of families:the one you’re born to and the one you make.

I am not a regular contributor on Hollywire; however, today is a special day. And even though this post may only appeal to undercover geeks like myself and not the elite cosmopolitanites that read Hollywire, I feel it does have its place on these pages as it is related to the world of film and press.

Nintendo fans rejoice or maybe not just yet….Behold the glory that is The Legend of Zelda Movie Trailer!
