Hulk Hogan’s estranged wife Linda Bollea, wants Terry “Hulk Hogan” Bollea to be held in contempt of court and jailed for allegedly not paying his share of the couple’s 4.2 million dollar Las Vegas condo located at The Palms hotel and spa.

Linda wants Hulk jailed until he pays up. Ironically, she wants him to do his time in Pinellas County Jail, the same prison where their son, Nick Hogan, is serving an 8-month sentence after pleading no contest to being a responsible party to a crash that seriously injured his friend while drag racing.

Linda Bollea’s lawyer is expected to release an official statement within a week.
Lesson learned: Don’t mess with a Hogan.

Nick Hogan-Bollea, who was sentenced to 8 months in jail and has been sitting in solitary confinement, because he is too young to join the general population, has recently requested that he be placed under house arrest, until July 27, his 18th birthday, or be moved into minimum security lock-up.
Because Bollea is a minor, he has been isolated in a maximum security cell at Pinellas County Jail and according to his lawyer Kevin Heyslett, has lost 10 pounds and has no access to a telephone or TV privileges enjoyed by inmates serving time for similar offenses.
“Understandably, this situation creates an unbearable anxiety for a minor in solitary confinement,” Hayslett wrote in court documents filed Friday. “This sort of confinement “substantially amounts to cruel and unusual punishment for a juvenile and is not warranted for a non-violent first offender serving a probation sentence.”

Bollea was sentenced May 9 after pleading no contest to one count of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, punishment for a DUI crash that left his passenger, John Graziano, severely injured and in a coma.
Bollea has also received five years’ probation (starting when he reported to jail), 500 hours of community service and a strict order to steer clear of alcohol throughout. He also had his license revoked for three years and was ordered to attend DUI school.

Nick Hogan appeared in court yesterday, May 9th, to face felony reckless driving charges. Nick pleaded no contest to the charges and was sentenced to 8 months in jail.
Nick was charged with felony reckless driving after he crashed his yellow Toyota Supra last August. The son of wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan was street racing when his car hit the curb and spun out of control slamming into a palm tree.

Nick’s best friend and passenger, John Graziano, was critically injured in the accident. The Graziano family was requesting that Nick receive at least one year of the possible five year jail sentence, since their son is now facing a life sentence. It has been reported that John Graziano will need lifelong support and will have to live out the remainder of his life in a nursing home.

Nick told the court that, ” I would like to apologize to the Graziano family and to my family for the accident. Every single day I think about the accident and about John.”

Due to his age and the fact that he has no prior criminal record Nick Hogan will not have a felony conviction on his record. His full sentence includes 8 months in jail, which he began to serve immediately, 500 hours of community service, he is not allowed to consume any alcohol, and his license has been revoked for 3 years.

A frantic Hulk Hogan got right to the scene of his son's extremely serious car crash last night, just moments after it happened.
WTVT has footage of the wrestler — clad in his usual tank top and bandana —
talking with paramedics before his son Nick and his as yet unidentified passenger were airlifted to a nearby hospital.
Hulk Hogan's son Nick was just released from a Florida hospital following last night's car crash, which critically injured his passenger.
Seventeen-year-old Hogan crashed his Toyota Supra around 7:30 PM yesterday, according to police in Clearwater. Hogan was allegedly speeding when he lost control and hit a raised median, causing the car to crash into a palm tree.
John J. Graziano, 22, who was in the car with Hogan at the time of the crash, remains in critical condition at the Bayfront Medical Center.
Clearwater Police spokesman Wayne Shelor said the crash remains under investigation, but that alcohol isn't believed to have played a part.
