you are a big bitch on the show, not sure if you’ve watched yourself but you should be ashamed of yourself. You talk about how immature Melissa is and how obnoxious she is, but damn girl, do you not see the way YOU acted? You’re 35 years old, gonna be soon an old hag, why don’t you grow up and learn to be respectful of other people.

Sorry about the loss Claudia – you had a tough task in front of you. I think you had a chance to escape the boardroom unscathed, but here was the defining moment from what I could see: when you were challenged that you brought Melissa in the boardroom because you didn’t like her, you should have countered that you brought her in not because you didn’t like her, but instead when you have a divisive force on your workforce (which nobody fessed up to), you have to remove that person to reestablish group harmony. That could have eliminated the opinion that you were emotional – instead, you were strategic. Anyway, I know you’re that much stronger through this experience. Great job!
