Four bars of lyrics have cost Rick Ross seven figures.

The rapper was dropped from his multi-million dollar shoe deal with Reebok over his apology (or lack thereof) for controversial lyrics that glorified date rape. He's featured on a track by Atlanta rapper Rocko called "U.O.E.N.O", where he rhymes about drugging a woman's drink and taking her home for the night. "Put Molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it / I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it." The company had remained mum for weeks, but finally took a stand after numerous musicians, politicians and women's groups protested.

Here's one thing that won't be making it on air for the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards: a fight between Rick Ross and Young Jeezy made its way out into the parking lot and shots were allegedly fired, briefly shutting down taping for the ceremony last Saturday!

The two rappers have had a long standing feud and weren't going to be sharing tea anytime soon, but they needed to be separated by security during a shoving match backstage, according to TMZ. When the confrontation moved outside, several outlets report that shots were fired and the taping was not only put on hold, but the Boisfeuillet Civic Center in Atlanta was locked down!
