Mike Adams, the editor of naturalnews.com, released a shocking article earlier this week that accused Angelina's double mastectomy of being "medically perverted." Not only that, but Mike said that her decision to go public with this choice "inspires other women to maim themselves."

Although she may be a big Hollywood celebrity herself, Selena admits that she still gets nervous around older stars who have more experience in the business. Her latest anxiety-driven encounter? Brad Pitt at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards! (Not that we blame her.)

Selena told Ellen DeGeneres that before even coming face-to-face with the hunky actor she was nervous to perform her song "Come and Get It" live in front of him and other big names at the show, like Channing Tatum. It was after the performance, though, that Selena had her fan-girl moment.
