LeAnn Rimes wants you to know that she was NOT drunk during her performance on X Factor earlier this week.

Her woozy, wobbly off-key duet of "How Do I Live" with finalist Carly Rose Sonenclar attracted plenty of attention, but LeAnn insisted that it had nothing to do with the ah-ah-ah-ah-ah alcohol. She said that if any of the performance was awkward, it was because, "I was trying to help this 13-year-old girl who was having some trouble with the song," according to TMZ. Throwing a teenager under the bus? Classy.

It's still unclear whether Britney Spears will be returning for another season of judging duties on The X Factor, but there's one person who definitely won't be coming back.
