Yeah, it’s true, we Americans tend to use St. Patty’s as an excuse to drink Guinness and Bailey’s, or really, any alcohol you can drop some green flavoring into. As holidays go, it’s not exactly the most legit in terms of the way we celebrate, but hey — if showing pride for our Irish brethren means we have to go out and knock back a few too many, who are we to shun tradition?
