Irish import Damian McGinty is so talented (and cute!) that Ryan Murphy added a second winner to the first season of The Glee Project just so he could get Damian on the show!

Now that Damian's been on Glee for the better part of this season, Hollywire's Chelsea Briggs got a chance to speak with him about what he loves most about being on the show and what the future holds for his character Rory Flanagan.
