Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato grew up together on Barney, and although the two gal pals aren't as close as they used to be, they're both going through similar changes as they remain in the spotlight. One of those changes is growing up and making new style choices that show off their newfound maturity.

While Demi has dyed her hair full-on blond, Selena is also noticeably lightening her locks, with a blonde ombre style that seems to get lighter by the day. Considering that both ladies started out in this business with super dark brown hair, it's refreshing to see them lighten up for a change.

Well, Simon Cowell got his wish! The British music guru will sit alongside three females on the judging panel for Season Three of The X-Factor this fall. It was confirmed Monday that Kelly Rowland and Latin superstar Paulina Rubio will join Simon and Demi Lovato as judges for the show, replacing Britney Spears and L.A. Reid.

Kelly and Paulina will have a tough dynamic to fit into, as Simon and Demi are already pals and provided great entertainment with their playful arguments last season. Luckily, both new ladies aren't exactly rookies. Kelly served as a judge on Season Eight of the UK's X-Factor, while Paulina was a judge on Telemundo's version of The Voice (La Voz:Mexico).
