Lindsay Lohan's assistant, Eleonore, isn't on vacation while Lindsay's working on repairing herself in rehab.  Matter of fact it's quite the opposite.  Eleonore is catering to the needs of Lindsay's mom, Dina Lohan, and sister Ali Lohan.

Sources close to the assistant say that she's "miserable and incredibly worn out."

Dina Lohan is desperately trying to keep Lindsay Lohan out of jail and is pleading her case to the public.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Dina talks about Lindsay being treated unfairly by Judge Marsha Revel and Lindsay's troubled past. 

Makes you wonder if she's getting paid to talk.... All the Lohan's can make a little money on Lindsay's criminal behavior.

Lindsay Lohan booked a new gig, sort of.  It appears as though the starlet will be back in front of the camera -- only not on the big screen this time.  Dina Lohan is reportedly shopping around a reality show to some major networks.  If picked up, cameras will follow Lindsay Lohan, her siblings & her mother, Dina, around as the family promotes their business and attempts to prove they aren't as crazy as everyone thinks!  This isn't the first time the Lohans...
