He’s baaaack! Being the veteran that he is when it comes to hosting MTV awards show, Russell Brand has landed the gig as the host of the 2012 MTV Movie Awards!

He’s previously been the leading man for the 2008 and 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, but this show sounds a little bit more up his alley.

A lot of people have been grumbling about the new Amazing Spider-Man movie. "Why do we need another Spider-Man already?" they say.

Well, this newly-released trailer shows exactly why you can never have too much Spider-Man! The new film focuses less on Spider-Man's origins (you know, the whole getting bitten by the radioactive spider thing) and more on Peter Parker's origins. "The one thing that has haunted me my entire life," he says, "is finding the truth about my parents." Exciting!
