It seems like if a brainstorming meeting for Hollywood movie studios goes south, the go-to solution is to do a remake of an old film!
Total Recall is being released in theaters tomorrow and features Colin Farrell taking on the role of Dennis Quaid, which was played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1990 original. This isn't the first time a movie remake has happened though. Countless other films have been revamped after a decade or two (or three), but most of them are done way too soon and are usually far worse than the original. Need proof?
