According to E! News,
Julia and George are suing Digital Projection Inc. and Beyond Audio
Inc. for using their photographs in marketing campaigns. Not sure why any company would think they could get away with using photos of anyone for
their own promotional purposes without securing permission first, but
that decision is coming back to bite them -- in a big way!

Mirror Mirror stars Julia Roberts as the evil queen and has a lighter, more comedic tone than it's rival Snow White and the Huntsman, which stars Charlize Theron as the evil queen and appears to be more of an action film.

MoviesDays after Universal announced they were moving Snow White and the Huntsman's
release date up six months for a June 2012 opening, Relativity Media
has struck back and pushed its untitled Snow White project forward to a
March 2012 release.
Deadline reports that Universal's picture (starring Charlize Theron, Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth) has a "darker Alice in Wonderland tone", while Relativity's project (starring Julia Roberts, Lily Collins and Armie Hammer) is described as more of a family film.
