Lots of changes are coming to the schedule on the E! network this year, and they were announced and celebrated on Monday at the 2012 E! Upfronts! 

Stars who have been loyal to E! for years, like the Kardashians, Chelsea Handler, and Giuliana Rancic were in attendance, but there were also plenty of stars who have new shows on E! this season celebrating the occasion -- specifically, the Jonas Brothers! Fashion Police co-host Kelly Osbourne recently called Christina Aguilera "fat" on her TV show -- and she's refusing to apologize!

"[Christina] called me fat for years," Kelly told Glamour magazine. "I said... 'now you're fat, too! Now you know how it feels!" Though Kelly recently slimmed down about 50 pounds and looks fantastic, the scars of being called fat by so many people in the media have stuck with her. "You will always see in yourself what people used to bully you for," she said.

Kelly is sticking by her statement about Christina and even said she would say it to her face! Could this be the beginning of a new celebrity feud?
