Well, Justin Bieber is offiically the most popular person in the whole world! The 18-year-old singer officially has the most followers on Twitter after finally surpassing Lady Gaga on Monday night.

As of Tuesday morning, Justin has 33,332,860 followers, compared to Gaga's 33,328,480, and those numbers grow just about every second. In fact, according to Twittercounter.com, Justin gains about 10,000 more followers than Gaga a day, averaging 40,055 to her 30,495. Holy cow!

It appears that Lady Gaga was not happy with some on-air jibes Kelly Osbourne made during her appearance on E! show Fashion Police, so she took to her Little Monsters website and put the TV personality on blast. In response, Sharon Osbourne stuck up for her daughter and responded with an open letter on Facebook.
