It may be quite some time before we see Lisa D'Amato on the runway again.

The former winner of America's Next Top Model posted horrific photos on Instagram of her disfigured face after a freak accident. The incident occurred while she was wrapping up filming on a movie project and resulted in a broken nose and lacerated lips, forehead and chin.
