Anyone unsure about what they want to do with their livesshould definitely check out John Wells’ new recession drama about the desperatelives of downsized high-rollers. It’s a relatively serious drama about the realmeaning of the work that we do in life and how to survive in a world centeredaround money, but made palatable by excellent performances from some of ourbest actors. It’s definitely a look at our world from Hollywood’s point of viewinstead of our own, but it’s always good to see a movie come along that hasreal meaning to just about all of us!

Taylor Lautner's heavy post-Jacob film lineup will now include Abduction, an action thriller with an alluring premise: a teenage boy finds his baby photo on a missing persons website, causing him to question his history and family. Lautner will star alongside Harry Potter alumni, Jason Issacs (aka Lucius Malfoy), Sigourney Weaver, Maria Bello, and Alfred Molina. Maybe we'll finally get a chance to see Lautner's impressive martial arts skills on the big screen!

The second Mummy sequel isn't going to win any Academy Awards in the writing department, that much becomes almost immediately clear. It's been years since I've seen either of the other preceding films, although that doesn't matter so much.
