At this point, we're used to Miley Cyrus dressing a little TOO grown-up. But at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, she looked closer to 40 than 20.

The 19-year-old singer/actress wore a revealing white blazer-inspired dress by Jean Paul Gaultier that featured a plunging neck line, Jacquie Aiche jewels and Christian Louboutin Armadillo Bride pumps for the awards show. Topping off the look with a teased-out boufant of a hairstyle, she looked like a midlde-aged country music star. Granted, a middle-aged country music star that keeps up with her Pilates, but still...

It's no secret that Miley Cyrus loves dogs -- she is already dog-mom to Floyd, Lila, and Ziggy. And now she's got a brand-new puppy to add to her brood!

Miley tweeted yesterday that she found her new puppy in a cardboard box outside a Wal-Mart on Tuesday. He'd been abandoned, and she new immediately that she had to take him home. She and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth went out later that day and bought the new pup -- an adorable rottweiler-beagle mix -- a new bed and food.
