You’d think a guy with the most popular music video of all time would be pretty recognizable. But apparently, a bunch of people can be fooled by a guy who only kinda-sorta looks like him.

Given what a ritzy event the Cannes Film Festival it is, it’s not a total shocker that one of the most successful music artists of the past year shows up. (Even if Cannes isn’t exactly his scene.) Stars like Skyfall’s Naomie Harris and Oscar winner Adrien Brody posed with a Korean superstar… or at least, thought they did... until the real Psy responded that he wasn’t in France at all.
