The infamous celebrity judge, Simon Cowell, took the opportunity to diss his fellow The X Factor judge, Nicole Scherzinger, while ridiculing one of the show's contestants.

"That's exactly what I would have seen with Nicole had she been 20 auditioning for the show for the first time. I do," Simon told the aspiring singer as Nicole looked on in shock.

It didn't take the former Pussycat Doll long to break out her claws, responding with, "That's funny cause you can look it up on line, I was on a show called Pop Stars and actually sang Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You." Then the singer broke out in song, proving how wrong Simon was.

Nicole Scherzinger made her judging debut on The X Factor on the Wednesday and Thursday tapings of the New Jersey auditions in Newark.  The former Pussycat Doll was hired as a replacement for Cheryl Cole, who was let go after four shows.

Since Cheryl Cole was previously a judge on the The X Factor in the U.K., it seemed like a no brainer that the British star would come to America and continue to work with Simon Cowell on the U.S. version of his show.

While that was originally the plan, Cole has gotten the boot and she's reportedly being replaced by former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger!
