Perennially troubled singer Bobby Brown was scheduled to serve 55 days in jail after receiving his second DUI conviction in less than a year, but was released yesterday after less than 24 hours due to jail overcrowding. He was outfitted with an electronic ankle monitor, will be required to serve four years on informal probation, and also complete an 18-month alcohol treatment program.
