Let the judging table shake-up at American Idol begin!

After sources reported yesterday that Mariah Carey will not be returning to the show, Randy Jackson has confirmed that he will also not be a judge next season. Randy quit the show last August and then came back just days later, but he said that it truly is a done deal this time around.

New York attorney James Freeman has submitted a letter to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, asking permission to sue the show and Fox on behalf of his clients: Corey Clark (Season 2), Jaered Andrews (Season 2), Donnie Williams (Season 3), Terrell Brittenum (Season 5), Derrell Brittenum (Season 5), Thomas Daniels (Season 6), Akron Watson (Season 6), Ju'Not Joyner (Season 8) and Chris Golightly (Season 9).
