    Katy Perry’s split from Russell Brand seems to always be the topic of conversation with people. And it was no different when Katy stopped by The Ellen Show to promote her 3D documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me.

    When asked if Katy’s relationship with Russell would still be included in the film, Katy said, “I thought it was important to show everything in between."

    Actor and comedian Russell Brand spoke before the British Parliament’s Home Affairs Committee today and gave his opinions on why he believes drug addicts should be offered treatment instead of being thrown in jail.

    Russell himself is a former heroin addict who was arrested "roughly" 12 times before getting clean. "It is something I consider to be an illness," he said, "and therefore more of a health matter than a criminal or judicial matter." Of course, Russell was his eccentric self and showed up to testify in a black tank top, while everyone else was wearing suits!
