Russell Brand had quite a tough time getting into Canada to perform for thousands of fans, but he’s not letting anything or anyone stop him this time around!

"CANADIANS! I am coming to your country, where I shall once more unite the commonwealth. we cannot be stopped!" he tweeted. 

The funnyman and Katy Perry’s other half was denied entry into Canada earlier this month and after a series of tweets saying that customs refused to let him into the country.

Despite the evening being filled with laughs, greatperformances, and an endless amount of celeb appearances, the 2011 MTV VideoMusic Awards took a moment to honor an amazing talent gone far too soon.Russell Brand took the stage to talk about his first encounter with his oldLondon mate, Amy Winehouse.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand were spotted spending some quality time together during a bike ride in New York City, and later the lovebirds couldn't seem to keep their hands off each other as they strolled around the Big Apple!
