Modern Family star Sarah Hyland revealed to Seventeen magazine that she suffers from kidney dysplasia and received a kidney from her father! 

After undergoing a kidney transplant last month, Sarah learned the importance of family during her time of need.

“You know that family is going to be there for you no matter what. My dad gave me a freakin’ kidney!” Sarah tells the mag.
