    The ugly court battle between singer Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster over custody of their two children is getting even uglier.

    Usher testified in court yesterday that Foster spat at his current girlfriend, Grace Miguel, and tried to pull her out of a car during a heated altercation, while Foster is painting Usher as an absentee parent who would rather go partying on tour than take care of their children. The couple married in 2007 and divorced two years later. A judge has been hearing both sides of the case since December, when Foster cited numerous reasons for removing Usher's joint custody of the children--including cancelling her Saks Fifth Avenue credit card. First world problems!
