New Girl may not be all that new anymore, but Zooey Deschanel and the gang are making sure to keep things fresh as the show is underway in its second season.

Zooey took some time away of her haircare to chat with Chelsea Briggs and Hollywire on the set of her new Pantene commercial, where she chatted about her New Girl character's style and her own hair dos and don'ts.

Making her first major red carpet appearance since her separation last November from Death Cab For Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard, Zooey looked stunning on the Golden Globes red carpet in a bold red dress from Oscar de La Renta.
