Joey Fatone -– a.k.a. former member of NSYNC -– knows a thing or two about growing up in the spotlight, just like One Direction, The Wanted and Justin Bieber are doing these days. While he may not have caused controversy like the Biebs has for pretty much all of 2013 thus far, he does have one piece of advice for the 19-year-old.

"Don't be a douche. That's plain and simple,” Joey told HuffPost Live. “You get this bug from the celebrity thing, where you're very on top of the world and everyone's 'yessing' you to death, so you're like, 'I can get away with this. I can do that.' Not to say that he might be doing anything wrong -- or he might be in the wrong mix of people, in his camp."
