Oklahoma couldn't be further from Hollywood in just about every sense, but plenty of celebrities are now turning their attention to the Sooner State.

Currently, 24 have been reported dead after a massive and murderous tornado blasted through the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore. The death toll could climb higher today as rescue workers continue clearing through the wreckage searching for survivors. Numerous celebrities including Alicia Keys and Ellen DeGeneres tweeted their condolences and also advised their followers on ways that they can help Oklahoma tornado victims.

Well, Simon Cowell got his wish! The British music guru will sit alongside three females on the judging panel for Season Three of The X-Factor this fall. It was confirmed Monday that Kelly Rowland and Latin superstar Paulina Rubio will join Simon and Demi Lovato as judges for the show, replacing Britney Spears and L.A. Reid.

Kelly and Paulina will have a tough dynamic to fit into, as Simon and Demi are already pals and provided great entertainment with their playful arguments last season. Luckily, both new ladies aren't exactly rookies. Kelly served as a judge on Season Eight of the UK's X-Factor, while Paulina was a judge on Telemundo's version of The Voice (La Voz:Mexico).
