DJ AM is now suing over the jet crash that almost took his life in September and killed 4 people.
The lawsuit was filed today in L.A. County Superior Court by Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM. In the suit he claims that as the jet reached takeoff speed the pilots became aware that one or more of the tires had blown. The suit insists, “Rather than proceed to takeoff, they decided to abort and/or reject the takeoff in a negligent manner.” The plane proceeded to overshoot the runway and then instantly burst into flames.
He is suing the deceased pilots family, Sarah Lemmon and James Blank. He is also suing Clay Lacy Aviation, Global Exec Aviation, Inter Travel & Services Inc, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co, and Learjet.
DJ AM is suing for pain and suffering, lost earnings, property damage, past and future medical and health-related expenses, and punitive damages.
Travis Barker has already filed a similar suit.

What a Wanker,
I mean I feel your pain and all but after being in military aviation I have had my close calls with death. The pilots did what they were suppose to do and they lost their lives saving your sorry their sorry ass. Be happy your alive and let the families left without their loved ones mourn their loss without the need to worry about being put them out on the streets. Travis and DJ AM had a chance to really see life for the fragile gift it is and reflect on their achievements and what is most important. The life lesson was lost on them.
