Pixs of Patrick Dempsey for Versace Men's Spring/Summer 2008 ad campaign
So we all heard that McDreamy was going to be the new face for Versace's Men's Spring/Summer collection some time ago. Now here are the ads that I have been antisipating.
This campaign is set to appear in the February editions of select fashion and lifestyle magazines shot by Mario Testino.
“I was thrilled to be asked to be the face of the Versace Men’s campaign,” Dempsey said in a statement. “It was so lovely to work with Donatella Versace, she is an iconic and inspirational woman and a wonderful person, not to mention what a pleasure it was to work with Mario Testino too, one of the world’s finest photographers.”
Donatella Versace says:
“Patrick represents everything that is great about this collection - he has that confidence, he is completely comfortable in his own skin, which is so attractive. He is the modern man of today and of course looks fantastic in the clothes.”
“I’m a big fan,” Donatella added. “So it was a great experience working with him because he is such a talented actor.”
In other photos he sports sleek sunglasses, a bit of scruff and a broken-in leather jacket. "I discovered that Patrick is a man who is not afraid to like or even love fashion," Donatella Versace said. "He's got extremely refined taste."
