A Hugh Hefner biopic, titled ‘Playboy’ is in the works and it is rumored that Hef would like to be played by Robert Downey JR.
The movie is about Hugh Hefner’s past and his life as a sexual revolution icon and the founder of Playboy. The film is being directed by Brett Ratner and produced by Ron Howard. Image Entertainment and Universal Pictures have teamed up to obtain the rights to 48 years of Playboy material for the movie.
Other rumored men to play the role of Hugh Hefner are Hefner himself, Tom Cruise, and Leo Dicaprio. Who do you think would make the best Hefner?

I don’t care…this man is disgusting. I will not pay to see that movie. The only reason these women love him is because of fame and money.

I think Hef will be good playing himself in his older years but I like Downey as the front runner. He was soo good in Iron Man!

I think Tom Cruise would be horrible as Hugh Hefner and I’m not a huge DiCaprio fan- I couldn’t believe either in the role. I also think Hef should play himself in his middle aged to senior years and an unmustached Robert Downey Jr for the younger years.

Hef should totally play himself in the older years, but out of the three, robert would be the best, they are all kinda too much of bad boys to play hef, he is kind of a dork….
