We all know that Sienna Miller is one of the top celebrity train-wrecks of our generation and for that reason, I have put together a time line spanning from October 2006 to July 2009, showing the G.I. Joe star’s Top 15 Hot Mess Moments. Many of these incidents were from when she was trashed…there are lots of drunk pictures.

From the time line, it seems that her life started to spiral downward when she met Jude Law…and it only got worse from there.

1. October 6, 2006: In the latest issue of Rolling Stone, the actress talks about her views on loyalty in a relationship.

On being faithful:”I don’t know, monogamy is a weird thing for me. It’s an overrated virtue, because, let’s face it, we’re f-cking animals.”

On being famous for being Jude’s girlfriend: “Everything happened in the wrong order. You become known for being someone’s girlfriend, and all of the sudden there’s all this hype and buzz for all the wrong reasons.”

On destiny: “I’m a big believer in positive thinking. Some people think destiny’s crap, but I’ve willed myself to do most things I wanted.”

On worrying she’s getting too old for “youth films”: “It’s so hard for women in the business. And I want to be doing this when I’m fifty.”

On family: “I can’t wait to have babies. Jude has three children, and I have never tried to be their mum or anything, but I’ve had the benefit of living with them and loving them without being the parent. But I love the idea of being a working mum and having my kid on the set.”

On her “really liberal” parents: “Our house was always full of artists and musicians, and I knew from the start my parents were naughty and did things that other people’s didn’t. But it’s great to know that you can go to your parents and say, ‘I’ve done some things you wouldn’t be proud of me for,’ and they can say ‘I’ve done the same thing.’”

2. October 13, 2006: Sienna Miller denies a report that she threw a nasty temper tantrum at a Pittsburgh bar when the bouncer refused to let her in without an id.

Penny Folino, the owner of Young’s Tavern, told the

“She was going crazy out there, stomping her feet, walking up and down the street,” Kovac said.

Miller disputes the account.

“These people are utter fantasists. We have 10 witnesses, including local Pittsburgh people, who can vouch that Sienna never reacted this way and left the bar quietly. It is utter rubbish,” her rep told People.

“I was asked to provide ID and since I didn’t have any with me, I was told I couldn’t be served and asked to leave. I had no problem with this and my family and I left calmly without any further exchange of words,” Miller said, declining to comment on whether any of the Steel City’s blue-collar passers-by have been ogling her.

3. November 14, 2006: Jude Law dumps Sienna for partying to much.

“She was just too wild for him,” said an insider. “She partied too much. He is a devoted father of three children and she always wanted to go out constantly. He was just done with her.”

4. January 26, 2007: Sienna Miller announces “I’m an actress. Not a Jude Law play thing!”

As Miller puts it: “I was probably perceived for a long time as someone who was just famous for…well, for a reason, but wasn’t taken seriously as an actress. People didn’t want to pay attention to the fact that I actually took my work quite seriously.”

5. February 14, 2007: London’s The Sun reports that Sienna attended no fewer than three BAFTA after parties and partied hard until 5:30am. She tells OK! magazine that “Britney and Lindsay should not be chastised for their party behavior.”

“I think everyone’s entitled to their own decisions. Girls are doing the same thing all over the world as what these girls are doing, but they’re not being photographed while they’re doing it.”

“I think it’s healthy for young girls to go out and have fun in their teenage years and early twenties. I’m not going to judge anyone.”

6. March 5th, 2007: Sienna finds herself at the center of controversy. In an interview she confesses that she takes drugs because “they’re fun.” In research for her role as Edie Sedwick, a socialite who died from a drug overdose, the Factory Girl star says she took morphine-and understands why Andy Warhol’s muse was drawn to illegal substances. “They’re f**k loads of fun,” Miller said. “If I had a drug of choice it would be magic mushrooms.”

7. August 31, 2007: Sienna Miller was apparently so drunk that she was literally falling out of her shoes at the opening of her new fashion store Twenty8Twelve in London last night. Sienna was seen walking into walls and friends had to hold her up to prevent her from falling. Apparently, according to Sienna, when you take someone’s picture you’re a rapist.

The Sun reports:

The actress, who looked severely the worse for wear, was at the opening of her new fashion shop Twenty8Twelve in London’s smart Notting Hill. She was there with “friend” Rhys Ifans, who was hitting the sauce heavily as well … She shouted: “Fuck off, you fucking shits. “See you in court, you fucking rapists.” One photographer who was at the launch said he was shocked at the outburst. He said: “I was quite flabbergasted. “We were just doing our jobs, all we were trying to do was get some quotes on how the opening of the shop went and she called us all rapists. “It’s an outrageous term to use for such a petty little thing as being at a party and being photographed. “It was completely the wrong context to use that word.”

8. September 18, 2007: Sienna was seen boozing it up at the bars. She left the club early the next morning waiting for a cab to take her home. She was really pissed when she found that the cab didn’t wait for her after she started roaming around the streets.

9. July 23, 2008: Sienna Miller sues two media organizations over the topless photos of her vacationing with her beau Balthazar Getty.

According to London’s the Guardian, she claimed the photo agencies Big Pictures, British Tabloids News of the World and the Sun violated her privacy by publishing the photos and story of her new romance.

The suit comes days after Getty announced his split from his wife Rosetta, with whom he had four children with.

Getty made a statement saying, “the photos that “have surfaced in print and on the Internet” have “caused myself and my family great  embarrassment.”

10. August 11, 2008: Sienna Miller starts breaking down at a gas station when the paparazzi start asking her about her break up with Balthazar Getty. The actress was trying to fill up her Lexus when the paps called her a “home wrecker.”

“Can you leave me alone, I’m trying to get gas and this is really harassment. Please leave me alone,” Sienna said. “Please I’m asking you. I can’t live like this, please give me a little bit of respect. I’m just trying to f***** fill up my car.”

11. January 15, 2009: Sienna Miller had to be helped by an employee from Groucho Club in London last night because the actress was too drunk to walk. She was photographed leaving the club at 2am. According to the photographer who took the pictures, Sienna headed to another bar, Jerry’s Club, and was there until 3am.

12 July 30th, 2009: Sienna Miller is super upset that her G.I. Joe action figure looks nothing like her. “Action figures are always a bit off, aren’t they? Oddly enough from side on it is definitely me but front on she looks sort of possessed.”   Sienna moaned: “My doll is cross-eyed and has the biggest chin you have ever seen.” But she added: “I’ve got very happy nieces and nephews when they get my doll for Christmas.”

13. July 31, 2009: Sienna confesses “I had a break down” following her break up with married actor Balthazar Getty. She says her emotions got the better of her after the word “slut” was graffitied across the front of her London home.

“I got to a point where I was like, I will just run away,” she said. “It was just breaking my spirits and I had been pretty resilient for a long time.”

“I was not able to leave the house and was living in a state of fear, when I’m really a fearless person.”

“I had a kind of semi-breakdown… and everything just became too much. It was cutting me up to the point where I thought it wasn’t worth it.”

“I thought, ‘Either I try and take them on, or if I can’t, I don’t do this anymore.”

“Things are calmer now. I’m not rebelling against something every day anymore.”

14. July 22, 2009: Sienna unleashes fury on radio dj Adam Richard from Australia’s Matt & Jo radio show. Everyone heard Sienna’s anger when Adam asked her if she knew Balthazar Getty, knowing clear well she did.

“Oh piss off,” she ranted. “Honestly, we’re here to talk about a film. You’ve called us ’scrags,’ ‘bitches,’ ‘knocked up.’ We’re not here to talk about him. But, yes, as you know, I do know Balthazar. What a scoop! Congratulations. You’re really, really clever.”

Miller wasn’t feeling the radio man from the get-go, accusing him of being a misogynist and calling him a “douche bag.” When he asked her if she was a bad girl in real life, she insisted, “No, I’m an actress.”

15. July 23, 2009: Sienna Miller wets her pants. Sienna arrived to the launch of her new movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra via inflatable raft held at London’s HMS Belfast. Sienna was sitting a little to close to the edge and got her ass all soaking wet.
