Spice Girl, Mel B., is throwing herself a big wedding. Mel B and husband Stephan Belafonte, have both decided that their quickie wedding in Las Vegas last year is not suffice. She is planning to have this wedding in April.

This time she want her 8 year old daughter Phoenix Chi by her side.
