Miley Cyrus’ “hacker” spoke to radio station NUTZ where he openly admitted that he hacked into the pop princesse’s gmail account and has plenty more scandalous pics of her to share.
The “hacker,” going by the name Trainreq, claims that he has “butt” pics of Miley, and many others, that he has been holding on to since last November, and will release them at some point.
Why’s he waiting to release the pics? I think he’s holding out for some cold hard cash. What do you think? But, wait, isn’t hacking illegal? Hmmm…Maybe he’ll end up with some cold hard time instead.

Not saying that I aprove of the photos being taken but shes a 15 year old girl , cut her some slack. im sure many other teens have done things like this , just because they dont have paparazzi breathing down their neck doesnt mean it isnt out there. im younger then Cyrus, and others ( not myself ) have taken more scandalous photo’s then this. i have a question , why do we insult her , and applaud playboy models. maybe if this stuff wasnt out there ,teen girls wouldnt assume this is what men want to see. leave her alone. ok shes famouse, but isnt anything sacred, she obviously didnt mean for anyone to see this , people argue she isnt the ideal ro - model for your children, but she wasnt the one to leak these photos to the public, if someone never did this , you the parents wouldnt think she was bad at all, she has tried to hold up her innocence infront of the press, cut her some slack. you only live ounce, maybe shes just trying to make the best out of it. like i said earlier im not applauding the choices she made , but the hacker claims he took these photos from her in november , so ounce these photos were leaked, she may have stopped doing such. hes been putting them up since november, maybe it was a one time thing , so when you think of it she isnt doing it “again” its a one time thing being stretched out to continually embaress her. GIVE HER A BREAK.

yes miley is obviously a bad role model to disney channel viewers i mean compared to annelise van der pol who was arrested for driving under the influence and orlando and his drug mug shot and vanessa and her nude scandal miley is by far the worsed…..im 15 2 and do poses like that all the time people need to get with the times plus it wouldnt be such a big deal if she wasnt famous.

This time its not her fault because she didn’t release the pictures they were taken. I think taking the pictures in the first place wasn’t smart but again they were not meant to be seen. Miley’s dad said Miley would never go down Britney’s path but she is already starting to.

Just because other 15 year olds may take pictures like this does not mean it’s ok. A 15 year old taking pictures like that is completely inappropriate. She’s taking photos of herself in a sexually suggestive nature… she is 15! Sex or anything sex related is for consenting ADULTS. Miley Cyrus is a child that need’s to start acting like one. And to say her having to be grown up because of her work is no excuse. Her job has nothing to do with her age and her mind set. Miley if you read this act your age and stop atcing like a tart. You have talent so there’s no need to make yourself look like a slut. You wont get any respect like that.

who hasn’t taken a skanky picture of themselves at least once in their lives? especially if you’re a teenage girl? on myspace basically every guy has a shirtless picture and most girls have stuff like this…

I think Miley deserves a break. Some asshole hacked her and thinks it’s amusing to play with someone like this? A) it’s illegal B)SHE’S 15 YEARS OLD. Sure it doesn’t excuse her from it, but she’s just being a teenage girl. Her job entitles her to make decisions most teenage kids don’t have to make, which means she has to use her head and think responsibly. This is a case where she did something totally mindless, taking pictures. Sexually suggestive or not, they’re still pictures. If she weren’t famous this wouldn’t be as big of a deal. This hacker shouldn’t wait for cash, he should get his ass tossed in the slammer.

everyone needs to leave miley alone. everyone says she’s only 15, i know people that have sent completely nude pictures at 14. people need to shut up shes not a bad person and the people that dont want their kids to watch her because shes a “bad rolemodel” get over it, every teenage girl is gonna do it atleast once. and on myspace people put pictures worse than this, half of these arent even that bad. how are pictures in your bathing suit with your friends bad, yeah there are some that arent the best pictures but so what. Obviously they were supposed to go to one person, they werent supposed to be broadcasted to whole world. the hacker is such an asshole for putting all those pictures up. if she wasnt famous, nobody would have cared about these pictures, but just cause shes famous and they got put all over everything shes a bad person now? come on have a little sympathy shes a teenager!!!!
