   Thats so mean and cruel. Plus that Mandy girl is a retard what 20 something year old acts this way? Plus she isn’t even famous. Never heard of her till this. Where is Miley’s dad? Does he aprove of this if he didn’t he should of made Miley apoligized. In my opinon Miley is jealous cause Selena has got Nick and Demi got Joe.
