Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez have been battling it out on YouTube, and rumors of the teen queen rivalry spread like wildfire. Selena is often dubbed the “next Miley” since she came into the Hollywood scene with her hit show, “Wizards of Waverly Place.” But after this week’s Teen Choice Awards, it looks like that might all be old news.

I’m totally on Miley’s side. Miley made a mistake. Just because she’s a celebrity does not mean she’s perfect. Besides, she was provoked by the press by saying “the new Miley.” It’s impossible to haver a new someone. Besides, Demi and Selena are both stuck-up while Miley is not. She’s in acting, because it’s fun. She’s no show-off. Demi and Selena are totally reliant on the Jonas Brothers. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge JoBro fan, but I think Demi and Selena should start their own paths. Miley will go great places and do well in life. She made the mature decision of apologizing.

I too am on Mileys side here, but only because she was on Disney first, she became superly famous first, and she dated Nick first. Sadly, I have nothing against Selena, she seems lovely and full of moral, more than Miley it seems. It would be nice if they could be mates, but Miley seems to like those older than herself
