Blake Lively Cast in 'Green Lantern' Opposite Ryan Reynolds!

Blake Lively, best known as 'Serena Van Der Woodson' on the hit CW show Gossip Girl, has just been cast as the female lead in the anticipated flick, Green Lantern.

According to Variety, Lively will play pilot Carol Ferris, the love interest of Ryan Reynolds' character, Hal Jordan.

Green Lantern will hit theaters June 17th, 2011!
