After Lady Gaga's concert Tuesday night in Hamburg, Germany, she was spotted in public wearing only lingerie in her worst best Marilyn Monroe impersonation. Sources say the 'Poker Face' singer was "very drunk" taking photos with fans and blowing air kisses. She eventually fell to the ground, WWTD reports.
