Noah Cyrus, Miley's 9-year-old sister, acted an unsupervised fool at the Teen Choice Awards Pre-Party on Saturday. It seems as though acting sexy at such a young is okay in the Cyrus FamBam. Be careful or you might end up like the Loca Lohan's, and nobody wants that.

And just why are those 5th graders posing around a makeshift stripper pole?!? Where the hell are the parents???

You would think that if one of your little girls is being stalked by an old crusty middle aged PERV you might keep a closer eye on the little one and dress her a bit more modestly...
