Robert Pattinson Secret Confession?!?!?!

But the truth is the admired actor, best known for his role as Edward Cullen in Twilight, has a confession to make.

According to a recent post on Now Magazine.co.uk, R.Patz is a little hard of hearing. At the tender age of twenty three, Rob's hearing loss is so bad that the mega hunk even worries that this screaming Twihard fans will make his problem worse.

Rob has stated to several media outlets, "I’m almost completely deaf anyway. So I’m worried. I’m very worried.”

Deaf or not, R.Patz shouldn't stress. He still makes our hearts pitter patter and that will never fade. Don't you agree?
