Ryan Reynolds Will Be The Green Lantern
Rumors have been swirling about who will play the title character in the upcoming Green Lantern movie, set to be released June 17th, 2011, with people speculating that Justin Timberlake, Jared Leto or Bradley Cooper might take the role.
Variety magazine reports, though, that hottie Ryan Reynolds has been cast as the DC Comics superhero.
Ryan made a pretty badass superhero in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, so he'll probably make a pretty good Green Lantern as well. And I'm sure The Green Lantern will be a success thanks to the legions of women who will be rushing to theathers in June 2011 just to ogle over Ryan Reynolds.
