‘Twilight’ Premiere in LA

Posted on 18 November 2008 by xXxTerra

Last night Westwood was packed full of shrieking die-hard Twilight fans at the film’s premiere at Mann Village and Bruin Theaters.  To no surprise, the most deafening screams of “OMG, I LOVE YOU!” went to Robert Pattinson, the 22-year-old British actor who is also known for playing the poor, doomed Cedric in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

When asked how he felt about his heartthrob status, Pattinson told MTV:

“I have no other words but ‘bizarre,’” said Robert Pattinson. “I left my brain at the door. It’s completely insane. You never expect it. … I’m completely deaf!”

The film will open in theaters this Friday, November, 21st.  To watch video and check out photos from last night’s premiere, go to MTV.com.

So, Twilight was AWESOME. They did a great job of representing the book and keeping it relatively close. With the changes that they did make, I can understand them. Overall, great film.
