Ticketmaster posted information today on tickets that will go on sale May 4th for a show at the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley. I wonder what other venues will be popping up under Amy's name? Do I see a summer tour in the works?
Recent developments are surprising, since Winehouse (nicknamed "Wino" by many) was recently denied a Visa to enter the States to perform at the 2008 Grammys. Her torrid drug history and recent criminal activity makes me wonder – should I buy tickets, or play it safe and see what stunt she pulls next? One thing is for sure, those tickets will go fast – Amy's bluesy, eclectic tunes are amazing, despite the self-destructivity of her personal life.
