Britney Spears has been hard at work on some new material for an album she has been working on this summer. In a statement released by Jive records her manager states that

“Britney Spears is spending her summer in the recording studio, working on a brand new album,” Larry announced. “She’s working with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters, and we’re very excited about what she’s accomplished so far. No album release date has been confirmed yet.”

 

Looks like Britney has been feeling like her old self again, spending a lot of time in the spring playing around in the studio. Larry says that her sessions during this time were recreational.

“She’s got people around her that really care about her and are there to point her in the right direction in respect to the things she should be concentrating on – her life,” Says Larry

Good news all around! Britney was on a downward spiral for so long, that it is good to know that she might be on the comeback trail. For reals this time!
