On Sunday in Los Angeles, Nick Cannon found himself in trouble with the law as officers caught him talking on his cell phone while driving - an absolute rule breaker in the state of CA!

Mariah Carey's husband was cited for a ticket and sent on his way!

We hope Mr. Cannon learned his lesson!
