 Empire State Building lights up in honor of Mariah Carey

The Empire State Building in NYC in known for putting on a light shows for special occasions. This time it is lighting it's top for Mariah Carey in honor of the diva's new album E=MC2. The lights will change from pink, to lavender, then to white.

Mariah herself is going to be at a ceremony tomorrow at 1 pm at the building to flip the switch on a scale model of the building.

    "In honor of" - in other words her management has paid to have it done. More money than sense/taste. Only in America.
