Heidi Montag Record Sales BOMB!

Posted on January 21, 2010 - 11:20am by Katie Heidi Montag's debut album, Superficial, is a complete BOMB. The Hills star turned 'pop singer' has sold less than 1,000 copies of the CD in it's first week of release.

To be exact, Spencer Pratt's wife sold only 658 copies, according to Nielsen Soundscan.

This might come as surprising news to Montag, who told Entertainment Weekly just last week:

"I put every dollar I have into this. I've spent over $1 million, almost $2 million, on this album. It's cost as much or more than a Britney Spears album because I wanted it to be that quality... The songs will make an impact in pop history."

Perhaps she should stick to her day job? Wait. Day job?

She spent every dollar she had into this? Someone should have explained to her (like her "manager/husband") that if the blood suckers in the record industry, who would sell their own mother for a profit, weren't willing to put money into her album even though she is a fairly well known person, then nobody on this planet would buy it. Poor little dumbass. I smell a sex tape coming soon...very soon.
