Jay Z Shut Brown Down!

Okay so, if you watched the BET awards then Im sure you were thinking the same thing as everyone else... When is Chris Brown going to come out and do something for MJ? Well he never did and everyone is talking about it. A source claims that Jay-Z threatened to cancel he and B's performance if Chris Beater Brown was allowed to perform his scheduled tribute to Michael Jackson. Jay supposedly used his authority in the industry to get revenge on Brown for his assault on his protégé RiRi. BET's decision to cut out Brown led to Ne-Yo and Jamie Foxx were playing extra songs to fill up time in the show time slot. Other sources are claiming that Brown and his handlers begged BET to reconsider but that BET executives feared that allowing Brown to take the stage, as his personal drama may have overshadowed Michael's tribute.

And just to add to the drama, one of Brown's dancers, B. Shaw, tweeted...

Jay-Z is mad childish. Never keep a person from paying their respect.

So Jay-Z tells BET that if chris performs that he will not perform. Ummmm… Wait for it… WHO CARES!!!

In my own opinion I think BET did the right thing. Regardless that the kid is talented or not HE PLED GUILTY for beating the crap out of a woman and the fact that he didn't go to jail is crazy so him not being able to preform is a small price to pay. Good Job Jay! And the dancer should just shut up about it and realize that his 15 minutes of fame is still just being in the background, not only in the background but in Chris Brown's background...eww.

Oh yea B. Shaw.... you know what is really 'mad childish', Beating a woman until her eyes are swollen shut and blood is leaking out of her face.

How about the fact that Jay Z got probation in 2000 for stabbing someone??? So Chris beat up Rihanna, how long are people going to chastise him??? Where does Hova come off being able to regulate everything... F Him!

Being that Jay-Z considers Rihanna his little sister I think he has all the right in the world to keep this woman beater away. It is way way too soon for Chris to be making an appearance back in the spotlight. He doesn't deserve one ounce of love right now. When he grows up and learns how to apologize than maybe the music business can rethink his return. But right now, no I don't want to hear anything Chris has to say or sing. Jay-Z probably acted on behalf of hundreds of people. And I am thankful.

Huge Beyonce fan but i really could have done without her & her husband's performance. If im not mistaken didnt Don cornleus just get arrested for beating his wife? He was there rambling & what not. How is jay-z to tell who can have forgiven? If Rihanna still wants to be around him who are we to judge?

Its sad to see so many WOMEN support Chris Brown. J is no saint, thats for sure... But a WOMEN BEATER HE IS NOT! he stabbed some one a MAN! in a altercation... Chris Brown beat in the face of a women regardless if she sings or acts or takes your order at jack in the box. THERE IS NOT PLACE FOR THAT... and people who feel that he has paid his dues and deserves to be put back on his podium can burn on that rock with him. CB wanted to be MJ that was his idol... And so its fitting that he can not be a part of a tribute to someone of MJs stature... Chris brown is lucky that he is just getting black listed. IF JAY Z is so dangerous he is lucky he did get stabbed our hurt. Put Chris in Jay in a room lets see how chris can do when someone can fight back.
