Justin's been making his way around the music industry in a big way, flirting with all the pretty ladies! And from what I have been hearing, the boy has got skillz when it comes to wooing females.
Nicole Scherzinger of The Pussycat Dolls told Ryan Seacrest this morning that Justin "is a heart breaker already!"
I was at the recording of 'We Are The World"... I was talking to Lionel Richie and Toni Braxton and there was a bunch of us in the room, and little Justin just walks in and he sits back and he takes a step back with his hand on his hip and he says:

Nicole admits it certainly made her blush!
